My daily average calories on my best month, which was August 2009 (lost 5.4 pounds) was 1673 calories. I need to work on this!!

*high five* I had a crappy January too! How’s the swimming going? I’m still a one side only breather, but I’ve heard that alternate breathing is more effective. Not sure on the science behind it, but it feels so weird for me I figure I’ll stick with what feels comfortable for now. Miss your lovely food pics, hope you have some coming up!
