I want to learn how to make meals out of the food I typically have in my pantry. I have so much pantry food its scary. I hoard pantry goods and am always buying more!!

Coming back to work after the long weekend was tough, so tough in fact that I didn’t really go back except for Tuesday. I “worked from home” on Monday and Wednesday.
