I’m baaaack! I know its been weeks since my last post. My school obligations were getting totally out of control, so I had to put everything else on hold in order to just stay afloat. By the time the quarter ended, my house and my desk at work looked like a bomb had hit them so I had to get caught up on those things in the last few days.
So now, I feel much better and am ready for Christmas! The house is clean (thanks to me), the decorations are up (thanks to hubby)!
Over the last few weeks, I did not take a lot of food photos. I wish I had, because I ate some good stuff!

Today we had a manager’s lunch at a fancy restaurant. I don’t know how many calories anything was, but the food was so awesome. Very worth it.

- Lunch: fried calamari, small pizza appetizer, focaccia bread with butter, 2 glasses of wine, swordfish with mashed potatoes, caesar salad, and a few bites of chocolate souffle
I was so full for the rest of the day that I couldn’t eat anything.

Tonight I went to dinner at my dad’s house. He’s a great cook but he had to make my nemesis food – pasta! Couldn’t help myself but to snack a bunch on the crackers & cheese and then took two helpings of the pasta it was sooo good. I also didn’t hold back on the wine – family gatherings always stress me out a little bit.
