The last couple weeks have been soooo busy!! I haven’t posted since Oct 22! So, my punishment is having to post over 2 weeks worth of food journals in one day.
Unfortunately I don’t expect that the schedule will let up anytime soon, but hopefully that doesn’t mean I’ll be on another 2 week hiatus.
Foodwise, the last couple weeks seem like I’m all in or completely off the wagon. I need to work more on balance, especially with the holidays approaching.

Today I went to Gina Khan salon and got a haircut. I also had a color correction on Thursday night at the same place. Two weeks ago I got my cut and color done by someone new and she really botched it. My cut had an awkward choppy layer in the back and the color looked like a checkerboard of blonde and auburn – not a good mix!!
I love my new hair crew at GK. It’s a team of two (one to cut and one to color). Its absurdly expensive. But, the alternative is trying to find someone equally talented yet less expensive via trial and error and I just don’t have time or patience for that.

Today was crazy at work. A vendor came by for a lunch meeting. I wasn’t explicit about the type of salad I wanted, so I ended up with a nasty bleu cheese concoction. I hate bleu cheese. So I picked around it and ate the avocado, nuts, cranberries and the super-buttery toast that was on the side.

Today was all about studying. Aaaall day. We even turned off the porch light to discourage trick-or-treaters. The class I’m taking, Managerial Accounting, is soooo hard!!
