Breakfast: Green Monster (kale, spinach, alfalfa sprouts, almond milk, flax seeds, 1/2 banana, blackberry applesauce, protein powder) YUMMY!!
- Lunch: Amy’s Lasagna
- Snacks: mini sweet peppers, applesauce, and goat milk (didn’t eat, see below)
- Other snacks (no picture): lots of gum, 3 lifesavers, 1 packet Elements Oatmeal, olives and pretzel slims (what can I say? i’m a snacker!)
I made an attempt at eating goat milk yogurt, but I didn’t like it so I tossed it.

Dinner: Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, kidney beans, alfalfa sprouts, black olives, artichoke hearts with thousand island dressing.
I also cooked up this Helen’s GardenSteak and crumbled it over the salad, which was awesome!! It tasted really good, but it got a little chewy after it sat out for a while. Since it was so good when I first cooked it, my solution for this will be to eat it up quicker next time.
Overall, it was an OK day!

Breakfast: Green Monster
I also tried a BioK+ probiotic drink. I was really hoping these would be my answer to the probiotic situation I’ve been in. I really wanted a nondairy food source of probiotics, but the GoodBelly probiotics did not work out and they taste awful. Unfortunately with the BioK+ I ran into the same problems, although not as bad.
Lunch: Panera Half Cobb (with no cheese, sub turkey instead of chicken), Half Black Bean Soup, Whole Grain Baguette

Dinner: roasted veggies (eggplant, zucchini, red peppers) with balsamic glaze, and a small turkey sandwich

I love yogurt, I love goat’s cheese, I love sheep’s milk yogurt (and cheese) but like you I don’t like goat’s milk yogurt.
Your veggie pictures had my mouth watering….
